Well, now   I   could-n't  make her stay, well,  dog  -  gone her  an-y-way, she can't   say  that I didn't  try.

"Are  you   a  man      or    a  mouse?
Now  that  she's gone___ she pro-b'ly  thinks that I'm home just a-mop-in' a-round_ the house.
