1 gallon of skim milk

Bananas
Leafy green vegetables
Beef [10-12 oz.] chicken [no skin] or fish
T-Bone or Porterhouse Steak [1 or 2]
Brown Rice
Suggested Juices:
Unsweetened fruit juices,
i.e. Apple, Cranberry
NO BREAD, CARBONATED DRINKS
or ALCOHOL
VARIABLES:

Bay leaf, italian seasonings, cajun spices,
curry, chili powder or hot sauce as desired.
