1 large can of fat-free beef or chicken broth
1 pkg. fat-free soup mix
2 cans of green beans or fresh green beans
2 or 3 green bell peppers
2 lbs. carrots
potato
spices
1 gallon of skim milk
Water
Bananas
Leafy green vegetables
Beef [10-12 oz.] chicken [no skin] or fish 
T-Bone or Porterhouse Steak [1 or 2]
Brown Rice
Suggested Juices:
Unsweetened fruit juices, i.e. Apple, Cranberry

NO BREAD, CARBONATED DRINKS or ALCOHOL
VARIABLES:
Spices:
Bay leaf, italian seasonings, cajun spices, curry, chili powder or hot sauce as desired.
Variables: Veggies:
Asparagus, Broccoli, Mushrooms, Cabbage, Bok Choy, Spinach, Cauliflower, Radishes, Lettuce, Chard, Parsley, Potato, yellow onions, Spinach, Squash, Zucchini, Frozen Veggies, but NOT corn or peas. NO dry beans.
