BASIC FAT-BURNING SOUP          Shopping List

1 or 2 cans of stewed tomatoes
3 large green onions
1 large can of fat-free beef or chichen broth
1 pkg. fat-free soup Mix
1 bunch celery
2 cans green beans [or fresh]
2 or 3 green bell peppers
2 lbs. carrots

Cut veggies in small to medium pieces. Add water to cover.
Season with salt, pepper, parsley if desired, boullion, soup mix. 
Add necessary + optional vegetables and seasonings as desired.  
Bring to rapid boil - cook for 10 minutes, then reduce heat
and simmer until veggies are tender. 

EAT this soup anytime you are hungry.  
EAT as much as you want, whenever you want. 
This soup will not add calories. The more you EAT the 
more you will lose. Fill a thermos in the morning and take to work.

You may DRINK lots of water, [6-8 glasses a day], unsweetened 
juces, tea, coffee, cranberry juice. 

OPTIONAL ADDITIONS: Fresh mushrooms, zucchini squash, yellow onions, 
chopped garlic, chili flakes, cabbage, fresh green beans and tomatoes. 

                  7-DAY  EATING PLAN

Day  ONE

Eat only SOUP and FRUIT.  Any fruit EXCEPT BANANAS. 
Cantaloupe and watermelon are lower in calories than most 
other fruits. 

Day  TWO

All VEGETABLES today. Eat until you are stuffed wtih fresh raw or canned 
veggies. Try to eat green leafy lettuces.  STAY AWAY FROM DRY BEANS, 
PEAS OR CORN. Eat veggies along with the SOUP.  At dinner time tonight 
reward yourself with a big baked potato and butter! DO NOT EAT ANY FRUITS.

Day  THREE

Eat all the SOUP, FRUIT and VEGGIES you want.  Broccoli, caulilflower, frozen 
veggies, salad, radishes, cucumber, etc.  Do NOT have a baked POTATO. 
If you have eaten as above for 3 days WITHOUT CHEATING, you should 
find you have lost 5 to 7 lbs.

Day  FOUR 

Bananas and skim Milk.  East at least 3 BANANAS and drink as much milk as you 
can today.  Bananas are high in calories and carbohydrates, as is the milk. 
Have the SOUP. On this particular day, your body will need the potassium and 
carbs plus proteins and calcium to lesson the craving for sweets. 

Day   FIVE

BEEF and TOMATOES. You may have 10 to 20 ounces of beef and a can of 
tomatoes, or as many as 6 fresh tomatoes on this day.  Eat the SOUP at least once.
You can eat broiled or baked chicken, without the skin,  instead of beef.  

Day   SIX

Eat BEEF and VEGGIES to your hearts content.  You can even have 2-3 steaks
if you like, with green leafy veggies but NO baked potato.  Be sure to eat 
the SOUP at least once today. 

Day   SEVEN

Brown rice, veggies, unsweetened fruit juice.  Be sure to stuff yourself and 
eat the SOUP. 

NO BREAD, ALCOHOL, CARBONATED DRINKS, INCLUDING DIET DRINKS 
AND NO FRIED FOODS!  DRINK PLENTY OF WATER - at least 6 to 8 glasses a day. 

The basic fat burning soup can be eaten any time you feel hungry -- eat as 
much as you wish.  Remember the more you eat the more you will lose. If you 
prefer, you can substitute broiled fish for the beef on only ONE of the beef days. 
You need the high protein in the beef for the other days.

By the end of the 7th day if you have NOT CHEATED on this diet, you should 
have lost 10 to 17 pounds.  If you have lost more than 17 lbs., stay off the 
diet for two days before resuming the diet again, starting with day ONE.

This 7-day eating plan can be used as often as you like.  If correctly followed, 
it will clean your system of impurities and give you a feeling of well being as 
never before.  After only 7 days of this process, you will begin to feel lighter 
by at least 10 and possibly 17 lbs and will have an abundance of energy. 
Continue on this plan as long as you wish to feel the differences. 

This diet is fast.  The secret is that you will burn more calories 
than you take in.  It will flush your system of impurities and give you a feeling 
of well being.  This diet does not lend itself to drinking any alcoholic beverages 
at any time.  Because of the fat buildup in your system, go OFF the diet at 
least 24 hours before any intake of alcohol. 

Because everyone's digestive system is different, this diet will affect everyone 
differently.  After day three, you will have more energy than when you began  
if you do not CHEAT.  After being on the diet for several days, you will find that 
your bowel movements have changed.  Eat a cup of bran or fiber.  Although 
you can have black coffee with this diet you may find that you don't need the 
caffein after the third day.

Any prescribed medication will not hurt you on this diet.  Continue the diet 
plan as long as you wish and feel the difference both mentally and physically.
