WebCard
From Visa International/Block Financial

WebCard is a credit-card product specifically for
Internet
and World Wide Web users. According to H&R Block and Visa International who unveiled their affinity credit card program on January 28, 1996, the front of the card has the word "Web".

Card holders can use their personal computers,
connected to the Internet, to see their statements online
and download that information into personal
	finance software.

Security:
WebCard
avoids security concerns by never transmitting the account number over the Internet. Users will type in a password instead. H&R Block, who owns the CompuServe commercial online service, has successfully offered a credit card tied to CompuServe in the past.
