Cyber Wallets and the

| In developing a global economy we are seeing a proliferation of numerous variations on the "cyber wallet". With such an array of payment schemes it becomes clear that each of us might have 5-6 cyber wallets. It would be preferable to use just one wallet and interchange transactions between CyberCash and eCash, CheckFree and others... The fee for this interoperability could be referred to as a "virtual exchange rate". The exchange rate concept is commonly practiced and would not be without merit for this global monetary purpose. |
